Inside the app you can also tell the assistant about the problem. If it cannot fix it, it asks your permission, sends the case to the technical team and lets you know when it is solved.

• If you created the account with an email, sign in with email and password. Forgot it? Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and follow the link in your email.
• If you started on WhatsApp, sign in with your number and the 6-digit code that arrives on WhatsApp.

In Automations, connect the number your clients already use. On the phone, the assistant sends you an 8-letter code to type in the business WhatsApp, under Linked devices. On a computer you can also scan the QR code.

• To delete your account: Settings > Session > Delete account. This erases your login, business, clients, schedule, conversations and finances, and cannot be undone.
• To export your business data: Business > Access and privacy > Export.

Timio has a public MCP server. With it, AI assistants such as Claude can find salons that book through Timio, show their services and free times and hand over the booking link. Server URL: https://efiuqwcazixoetzaqyxh.supabase.co/functions/v1/mcp (no sign-in, read only). In Claude: Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector.

• search_businesses: finds businesses by city, neighborhood, name or service.
• get_services: services with duration and price (when the business shows prices), professionals and address.
• get_available_slots: free times for one service over the next days, in the business's time zone.
• get_booking_link: booking page link with the service, professional, date and time already chosen.

The client confirms the time on the business's booking page, so nothing is booked from the chat. Only businesses that turned on Show up in ChatGPT and Claude in Business > Online booking (or asked the assistant) appear, and the owner can turn it off at any time. The data is what the booking page already shows, with no phone numbers, emails or client data: see the Privacy notice.
